Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £18,533 per annum
Training: 4-Weeks of paid training
Contract: Full-Time & Permanent Contract
Hours of Work: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am – 8pm (40-Hours)
Location: Coventry
Responsibilities
Working as part of the Customer Service team you will be speaking with all customers about their account queries and helping to answer or assist in the best way possible.
Whether that be temporarily freezing/deactivating lost or stolen cards, resetting online banking passwords or helping them update their account details.
