Position Objective
● To ultimately provide strategic leadership in order to ensure the UK’s success and profitability through sales, new business development, operational management, and financial management of all aspects of the defined Business products and solutions.
● Ensure that the business grows and provides shareholder value.
● To establish policies and procedures, in partnership with the head office, that will strengthen the UK business.
● Relationship management of key business stakeholders and vendor partners.
● Risk Management to ensure business continuity.
● Confers with Executive Management regarding departmental requirements and solutions; facilitates the resolution of problems and the development of new initiatives to support business segments.
● Ensure that our clients solutions meet the highest levels of performance and effectiveness within the target markets and thereby ensure that the business meets its brand promise
● Ensure that the supply chain fully meets the business needs and is scalable

Requirements and Skills
● A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
● A minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in a related field
● A motivational, impactful, and collaborative leadership style
● Drive for self-development, ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
● A strategic mindset followed by a powerful drive for execution
● An unwavering commitment driven by empathy for our customers and employees
● Demonstrated ability to build new business/develop accounts and business relationships

● Experience growing accounts through exceptional service and partnership

● Demonstrated competence in writing
● Proficiency in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
● Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint)
