Salary: £26,000 + Company Contributory Pension

As an Hire Controller you will be responsible for;
Creating 200+ off hires per month
Coordinating quotes to customers in line with the current price list
Plan transport and workshop requirements in line with agreed service level agreements
Create accurate invoicing for all hire transactions and additional revenue transactions
Ensure STH Developers have visibility of all quotes to enable them to maximise the Briggs offering and increase the conversion of won orders
Initiate the customer concern process when necessary to help maintain customer satisfaction
As an Hire Controller you will demonstrate;
Skills in computer literacy and an understanding of the Microsoft Office package; specifically Excel, Access, Outlook and Word
Strong communication and team working skills
Excellent telephone manner
Strong negotiation skills
Experience in a rental background
Be reactive and quick thinking
Use to working in a busy, open plan office.
