Machine Operator

£25,000 per annum
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled machine operator to join a leading manufacturer in Coventry.
The role of machine operator within the organisation is pivotal in assisting the manufacturing team hit its goals.
The successful applicant will work in the part marking machining section. Part Marking to drawing and specifications, efficiently and accurately as required by internal and external customer specifications.
Role of machine operator – part marking
Ensure:
– All the time you are using the QN to part marking the jobs
– All part marking is as per instructions
– Part marking is legible that if you are unsure, ask your line manager
– Finishing + Assembly
– Inspection of components
– Working to basic drawings
– Administration: entering information on inhouse system and reporting
Requirement as a machine operator:
– Must have previous machine operating experience
– Must have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
– Must be adequate in using Microsoft packages and internal systems
– ISO knowledge is advantageous
– Excellent communication skills
