Full Job Description
Hybrid Role – 2-3 day in office and the remainder working from home. There may be some travel required to offices in London and Oxford.
You will be responsible for managing a team of four responsible for all HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, and all cyclical activities for the business.
Key responsibilities include;
- Ensuring operational excellence for the business encompassing HR administration, onboarding and offboarding.
- Cyclical processes include promotional process, annual reviews, salary reviews and bonus reviews.
- You will support and develop the HR Operations team carrying out 1-1’s and reviews.
- To ensure all data on the HR system is up to date and audited on a regular basis.
- You will have responsibility for streamlining and automating processes and systems to drive continuous improvement.
- This includes the review of HR policies, ensuring the business is compliant with relevant legislation and GDPR compliance.
- You will provide regular HR reports to the HRD and business with narrative and context.
In order to be successful in your application you need to demonstrate strong people management experience and significant HR operations management experience. You are focussed on process improvement, report production and regulatory compliance. As you will have overall responsibility for the HR system data management, experience with Cascade would be beneficial.
