Administrator – Coventry Based (Part-Time, 25 Hours Per Week)

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, daytime hours

We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our Coventry-based client on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible working hours, a balance between work and family life, or to complement an existing income.

Role Details:

  • Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM to suit your needs.
  • Responsibilities:
    • General administrative duties including filing, maintaining spreadsheets and reports.
    • Assisting management and the board with various tasks.
    • Answering calls and dealing with customer inquiries.
  • Requirements:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential.
    • Experience with SAGE 50 and PowerPoint is advantageous.
